Mitton Hall Wedding Photography – Been a while since I have been at Mitton but very nice to be back, courtesy of Carl & Harriet. It’s not often that I get excited about a wedding dress (I am a bloke after all!) but Harriet’s dress was one of the most photogenic that I’ve come across in a while and make no apology for the ‘extras’ I’ve put in this blog showing off a stunning, stunning dress. The weather was glorious for a wedding but challenging for a photographer – we’re never happy! – and the brightness and heat of the day did mean that we did gravitate towards the shadier areas of the gardens and even leave some of the shots until later in the day (light’s softer don’t you know?!). Anyway, just love the resulting shots taken with the light filtering through the leaves and the long shadows adding to the composition. This was such a happy occasion – I know weddings are! – but this really did have massive amounts of fun & laughter – speeches were just hilarious too! The images I’ve chosen here, I hope you agree, reflect not only a beautiful couple but also lots of fun along with a dash of stunning surroundings. Thank you Carl & Harriet for trusting in me to capture your day – a truly memorable wedding which was wonderful to be a part of.
